Step 6 Join the 4shared Forum and discuss any topic you wish

We all are social animals, and we need to share not only our files, but also our thoughts, points of view, and problems with others. The 4shared Forum is the right place to do this.

4shared is a friendly community, and you are welcome to join it at any time whenever you wish to talk about music, movies, games, books, etc. Also, you can ask for advice, if you have any problem with sharing your files, and 4shared support team or 4shared users will be glad to help you.

You can post in the Forum or reply on somebody's posts even though you are not a registered Forum's user. However, if you want to be able to edit or delete your posts, you have to be registered. Moreover, registration will open you an access to additional features such as using your personal avatar image, private messaging, emailing to fellow users, user-group subscription, etc. that are not available for guest users.
  1. To become a registered 4shared Forum's user, come in to the Forum by clicking on the "Forum" link in the bottom menu.
  2. Click on the "Register" button on the top of the page and fill in the registration form.
  3. As soon as you finish completing the form click on the "Submit" button, you can log into the forum using your login and password.

    Here are the main features that you can use as a registered 4shared Forum's user:
    • Start a new topic
    • Reply on the current post
    • Quote the post you are going to reply
    • View the user's profile
    • Send the private message
  4. Looking for any particular topic or post in the Forum? It is easy to do with the Forum's search service. Click on the "Search" button in the menu and specify your searching request.

    4shared Forum's community is really large, and if you are looking for any particular person, you can use the Members' List. Click on the "Memberlist" button in the Forum menu and select the way you would like to find the person.
  5. Wondering if anybody sent private messages to you? As a registered user you will be notified about new private messages every time when you log in to the Forum.

    You can use your 4shared Private messages zone as any other mail service you are familiar with. You can send messages, save them in the "Save box", and check the free space of your mailboxes.
